Having almost completed the first round of country reviews, several common trends as well as country-specific practices across all seven dimensions of the HEInnovate Guiding Framework were identified and provide relevant learnings for policy makers and HEI leaders. The objectives of the workshop in Dundalk are to explore issues that are most relevant for an international exchange and peer-learning and to discuss with representatives of all five review countries to date – Bulgaria, Ireland, Poland, Hungary, and the Netherlands – effective ways of organising this.
