As a leading policy analyst and researcher, Victoria has co-authored 125+ technical reports and 65+ academic publications. She has taught at 15 universities across four continents and led executive training programs in 30+ countries. She is a trusted advisor of (vice)ministers, university leaders, and CEOs and a sought-after speaker, who has delivered 175+ keynote speeches and invited talks on higher education.
Dr Galan-Muros is the co-founder and CEO of Innovative Futures Institute and serves as an expert for the European Commission. She has previously been chief of research and analysis at the UNESCO-International Institute for Higher Education (Paris), research director at the Global Institute on Innovation Districts (New York), policy analyst at the OECD (Paris), senior associate consultant at Technopolis Group (London), and policy director at the University-Industry Innovation Network (Amsterdam), among other positions.
