Ana-Cristina Nicolescu is Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at West University of Timișoara, Romania, responsible for quality assurance, institutional accreditations, certifications, and rankings, as well as a Full Professor at the same faculty. With a habilitation in Finance, her research focuses on Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, Environmental Economics, Entrepreneurship, and Applied Economics. She teaches subjects including Sustainable Organisational Development, Corporate Finance, Sustainable Financial Strategies and Budget Management. Prof. Nicolescu has coordinated and mentored PhD and postdoctoral students and frequently participates in national and international academic conferences and committees. Ana-Cristina Nicolescu has been involved in several research projects, both in the academic and industrial sectors. She has experience in project management and has worked on projects funded by several organisations. In addition to her academic and research work, Ana-Cristina Nicolescu has been actively involved in various professional activities.
