The next HEInnovate webinar “Different forms of engagement for a more entrepreneurial institution” will take place on Thursday, the 17th November 2022 at 5pm CET. In this webinar we will explore various practices that promote entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship across different faculties and institutions.
Three contributors will share their experience and practices from Germany, Denmark and Portugal during the webinar, which will be moderated by Adina-Laura Fodor, the Head of the Office for Inter-university Agreements at Babeș-Bolyai University, Romania.
The webinar will engage:
- Christian Schwens a Professor of Entrepreneurship and Management at the University of Cologne, Germany. Christian is the scientific director of the Gateway Excellence Start-up Center, the start-up incubator of the University of Cologne
- Carlos de Sousa Santos, the coordinator of the "Human Power HUB - Braga Social Innovation Centre, Portugal. Carlos is a Social Innovation External Expert at OIJ, the International Youth Organization for Ibero-America and he is involved in several European networks, including the European Network "Boosting Social Innovation. Carlos is also involved in several social innovation hackathons and mentoring processes.
- Rajiv Vaid Basaiawmoit, the Head of SciTech Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Aarhus University, Denmark. Rajiv oversees innovation and entrepreneurship activities at the Faculty of Natural Sciences. He is an experienced Entrepreneurship Educator and an academic entrepreneur. He specialises in teaching Entrepreneurship to non-business students as well as in the gamification of entrepreneurship education
