Zsuzsa is the project manager of HEInnovate overseeing the daily running and continuous development of HEInnovate. Zsuzsa and her team have been supporting the take up of HEInnovate through the mobilisation of the expert network, the development of the website, the preparation of new case studies and learning materials, the organisation of HEInnovate workshops and train the trainer sessions as well as webinars and continuous social media activities since the launch of the initiative. She was also a member of the expert group for the Hungarian HEInnovate country review carried out by the OECD. Through her work, Zsuzsa has seen first-hand the positive changes that have been brought about through the use of HEInnovate.

Beyond HEInnovate, Zsuzsa ‘s work predominantly focuses on the interactions of education, research, and the business world, addressing topics on skills development and training, skills assessment, entrepreneurship, institutional change and internationalisation of higher education both in Europe and developing countries. She is an experienced evaluator and trained facilitator.
