Rebecca has been a core member of the HEInnovate Team since the inception of the initiative. She has worked with the European Commission and the members of the expert group to design the self-assessment tool and maintain its relevance. Rebecca is a highly experienced moderator and facilitator who has been running HEInnovate workshops and training sessions across Europe and beyond to help inspire universities to fully embrace HEInnovate as a tool to discover their entrepreneurial potential. At Technopolis Group, Rebecca has undertaken research, evaluation and supporting studies for the European Commission in the area of higher education since 2006. She is a highly experienced expert in designing and developing monitoring and evaluation frameworks and in conducting evaluations and impact studies. Her work included working alongside numerous expert groups during the first modernisation agenda and the Bologna process and more recently she has been working as part of the team helping to develop the new vision for the Higher Education Transformation Agenda.
