Nadine is the founder of BCS Consultancy Services, a consultancy company specialising in advice and expertise on EU policies and EU programmes in higher education. Nadine advises on higher education strategic developments, leadership and governance, internationalisation, regional innovation and quality enhancement. She has directed and completed a large number of evaluations and policy studies in the field of higher education and national quality assurance in higher education. Since December 2013 she is an expert for HEInnovate the EU-OECD entrepreneurial framework for universities. 

Nadine has been involved in many consultation exercises on EU policy and programme developments in higher education and has been on many stakeholders and expert groups. She has more than twenty years’ experience with EU education programmes (Comett, Erasmus, Socrates, Tempus, Lifelong Learning, Erasmus Mundus). Nadine has facilitated a wide range of European conferences and workshops, among many others on benchmarking internationalisation, modernising higher education governance and developing regional innovation, with academic and administrative leaders and managers at all levels in universities.
