We are happy to announce the launch of a new version of HEInnovate. Based on two years of user feedback and experience, we have redesigned the HEInnovate self-assessment tool with improved functionalities and increased user-friendliness.

The self-assessment statements have also been revised and updated to ensure ever greater relevance to all users. The official launch will take place on the 18 November 2015.

We would like to ask for your patience and cooperation during this transition period. There will be four steps to this process:

1. Data migration to the new HEInnovate site - During this step, nothing will change for you as a user. You can continue to use the website without interruption.

2. System migration - During this period the HEInnovate website will be unavailable for a few days. We will do our best to keep this as short as possible and we will notify you in advance of the exact time-period to minimise any disruption.

3. Piloting the new release - Once the system migration is complete, you will have access to the new HEInnovate site. Please note that the url will not change. We will need to do final checks, and there may be some small errors and bugs on the site.

4. Official launch - The official launch of the new release of HEInnovate will take place on the 18th November 2015 and will be formally announced at a dedicated event in Brussels.
